HongRui is a big team, in order to enhance the team cohesion and team initiative, create efficient management team, the leadership decided to conduct a two days and night expend training.

7:30AM,set out to training camp.On the way everyone was very excited,looking forward to this expansion training.

Arrived at the training base, the coach let us change clothes in the prescribed time quickly. Give us a lesson from the beginning:the concept of time.

Divided groups-----Determining team name and slogan.

“Ball walks thousands miles”---Everyone highly centralized for a consistent goal.

“Massage relax time”----Happy smile on everybody’s face.

Practice over and over again for team rope jumping.

Game loss,captain took the punishment---We understood what’s responsibility and undertaking.

“Words from heart ” --Praise and appreciation made our emotion further sublimation.

The second day

“Give your body to the team”----It’s about trust and learning trust.

“Hanoi tower”-----Intelligence and fast sharing information’s competition

“Get through the blockade line”---Testing endurance,perseverance and team spirit.
