The PoE receiving device generates a higher surge voltage in the switching machine, resulting in excessive voltage on the cable, damaging the PoE switch, or causing an abnormal start of the receiving device. The network PoE+ switch is equipped with surge protection devices, which limit the output voltage of each port to 54V, and ensure the normal operation of all POE devices.
