The front-end processing system analyzes the captured image, automatically obtains passing time, location, direction, number plate, color of the license plate, body color of the vehicle and so on. The information that be obtained transmit to database of card port controlling center for storage,query, comparison through the computer network .When the hit-and-run, illegal or suspicious vehicles are found, the system will automatically send an alarm signal to the intercept system and related personnel.

The HD card port system adopts the two layer star topology structure,the spot accessing layer adopted HR600M-2G8GE-SFP Gigabit industrial ring network switch and HR600M-SWTG342408 is adopted in the central monitoring layer. HR600M-2G8GE-SFP industrial ring switch of spot accessing layer: on the one hand,forwarding the capturing the signal of embedded controlling host to camera; on the other hand,up link to the monitoring center with capturing vehicle information of camera; the front end capture the vehicle information, though identification server of monitoring center,identify the vehicle license plate information.The star network topology structure has strong expansibility; integrated solutions,the front end adopted industrial Ethernet switches with the fiber port, completely solved the problem of too many nodes caused by using fiber media converter.Industrial Ethernet switches, EMC performance significantly, and wide temperature design which make the network more stable.
